Catering authentic Filipino food for the past 19 years Bahay Kainan has left its mark in the Carson community. Continuing to serve the people of Southern California, Guilbert Ferido, the son and chef of the owners of Bahay Kainan realized it was time to add something new to the family business.
Baboy meaning "pig" in Tagalog is a major ingredient used in the menu, hence the name of the restaurant. BaBoys began as an idea that filipino food can be enjoyed through well known American fare, without altering the taste of filipino cuisine.
