Blaze Pizza makes its fresh dough from scratch using a proprietary recipe developed by Executive Chef Brad Kent (the “Pizza Whisperer”), which requires a 24-hour fermentation period to produce his signature light-as-air, crisp crust. For pizza fans with specific dietary needs, we also offer a house-made gluten-free dough, cauliflower gluten-free and keto crusts as well as vegan cheese. Choose any of our Signature Pizzas that were crafted by Chef Brad himself or Build Your Own and select your toppings ranging from classics, like pepperoni or sausage, to inventive, like artichokes or spicy vegan chorizo.
