Growing up in the southbay, I always wanted my friends to try the many delicious dishes that vietnam had to offer.But there was a lack of choices when it came to vietnamese restaurants. There weren't any restaurants around that I felt proud about to bring my non-asian friends. So in 2003 I opened up Saigon Dish with that in mind.
Saigon Dish would introduce those that were unfamiliar with vietnamses food to all the wonderful things vietnamese cuisine had to offer.
