Established in 2007. "The Chicken Shack - Rotisserie™" is committed to bring you the BEST rotisserie chicken anywhere! We are proud to say that we have the best "Peruvian Style" Rotisserie Chicken, or as we like to call it the BEST "Pollo a la Brasa"! Although Rotisserie is our "specialty" we also have GREAT sandwiches, soups, and salads. Recently we also introduced a few more Peruvian dishes like the world renown "Lomo Saltado" and "Pollo Saltado".
Our base is "Peruvian Cuisine" but with a California twist and a fusion of "International Flavors". We select the highest-quality meats and freshest ingredients available. Our chickens are "Hormone Free" and never frozen!
